GriefShare Support Group

You don’t have to walk through grief alone.

GriefShare is a nationally recognized, faith-based support group designed for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Through compassionate discussion, practical resources, and biblical encouragement, participants find hope, healing, and support alongside others who understand the journey of grief.

Cascade United Methodist Church hosts GriefShare in a welcoming online environment, open to both our congregation and the surrounding community. Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, you are welcome to join at any point during the 13-week cycle, as each session is self-contained.

  • When: Tuesdays, 6:30–8:00 p.m. ET
  • Location: Online

  • Format: Interactive online discussion
  • Cost: $25 (includes GriefShare workbook)
  • Scholarships: Available
  • Capacity: Limited to 12 participants

Throughout the 13-week journey, participants explore topics including understanding grief, loneliness, self-care, anger, regrets, relationships, hope, resilience, and discovering purpose after loss.
